Set once, used by everyone, and a service is retired rather than deleted so a job from two years ago keeps its link. Pick work off the list and the price fills itself in; type a different number for this bride and that number wins. Every item on a job carries its own price, its own note and optionally its own seamstress, and the job total is recomputed by the database as the live sum — so the header can never drift from the list.
