RingUps vs. BridalLive

An honest look — add-ons, outages and all

BridalLive runs over a thousand stores and has a real head start in places. We'll tell you where it wins, and where we think it's costing you money you don't need to spend.

Saturdays matter

Twenty outages is twenty Saturdays you were taking payments on paper

Bridal doesn't spread evenly across the week. An outage on a Tuesday morning is an inconvenience; an outage on a Saturday is four consultations run from memory, deposits written on a notepad, and a bride wondering whether you have your act together.

We publish a status page and answer support ourselves — including weekends. If we go down, you'll hear it from us first.

The October 2025 event ran roughly 19 hours — a full trading day for most boutiques.
Where BridalLive wins

The pre-loaded designer catalogue

Thousands of styles already in the system is a real head start, and we won't pretend otherwise. Ours grows store by store — and our migration brings your existing catalogue with you, so you start from what you actually stock.

Where BridalLive wins

Track record and community

Over a thousand stores, years of webinars, and a network of owners who all know the same software. We're newer — which means you get the founders on the phone, and a shorter history to judge us on.

Where we win

The parts that lose you money

Late gowns, an invisible workroom, deposits booked as income, and a monthly bill that keeps growing. That's what we built RingUps to fix — and it's what a store feels every week.

Three questions worth asking your current vendor

01
What will my bill be in twelve months, with everything I actually use turned on?
02
If I leave, what exactly can I take with me — including open orders and alterations?
03
Who answers the phone at 11am on a Saturday in October?
Ask us the same three. Our answers are on this page and on pricing.
