A RingUps demo is a fifteen-minute video call with one of the two people who built RingUps. Send an export from the system you use today and we load a slice of it first, so you spend the call looking at your own brides, gowns and open orders rather than a scripted demo store. There is no sales team here.

Four things, in this order. We built the walkthrough around a bridal store's real week rather than around a feature list, so nothing here is a tour of menus.
We open RingUps on the slice of your export we imported before the call. Your brides, your gown names, your open orders. You will recognise the first screen, which is the point.
Pick the special order that worries you most. RingUps computes the must-arrive-by date backward from the wedding date and we read you the answer, including when the answer is that it does not make the wedding.
Whatever you wrote in the box on the form. Alterations, deposits nobody can account for, the appointment book, the report you rebuild by hand every month. One problem, properly, beats six skimmed.
A straight answer on what your store would pay and what moving your data would actually involve, worked out against your own export rather than in the abstract.
One thing: an export from the system you use today. Not a clean one, not a prepared one. Whatever the export button gives you, exactly as it comes out. We do the mapping, and messy is the normal case rather than the exception.
RingUps checks every import before trusting it. On the boutique's migration, 1,391 orders arrived carrying no tax at all and were rebuilt, then 36 exception invoices were corrected against a second report, which caught a $3,253.05 overstatement. Fifteen minutes on your own export is how you find out where your data is thin before you commit to anything.
The pill you tick on the form decides what we open first. A store leaving a twenty-year-old system has a different first question from a store running on one spreadsheet and a wall calendar.

An independent bridal boutique moved off Bridal Web Solutions with every figure written down. On its orders we found 93 wrong-signed reversal lines worth $141,807.75 across 59 orders, which meant roughly 78% of an apparent $384,659.89 receivable was an artefact of the export rather than money anyone owed. RingUps caught it automatically and corrected it before it ever reached an invoice, so no bride was billed for money she didn't owe.
Ask an owner to reconcile their current system against itself.

Four things arrive by email within a day of the call. They are yours to keep and to show to anyone, including whoever you end up buying from instead.
Some people do not want a form and that is completely reasonable. Write to hello@ringups.com with one sentence about your store. Both founders read that inbox and one of us replies within a business day.

If you cannot get an export out, come anyway and we will use an independent bridal boutique's data instead.
There is no sales team at RingUps. The two founders take every demo and neither of us is paid a commission. Nobody will chase you afterwards. If you do not reply, that is the end of it, and if RingUps is the wrong fit for your store we will say so on the call.
The form on this page emails the two of us and writes to no database. Your export is held by us, used to build your demo, and never loaded into another store's account. Ask us to delete it and we delete it, including the copy sitting in the mailbox.
Send the export, take the call, keep the findings. Whether you buy RingUps or not, you will know something about your own records that you did not know this morning.
